We’re entering an exciting growth phase, and we're looking for a driven, strategic, and experienced Account Executive to take ownership of the sales process—from prospecting to demo to closing. What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: Lead qualified opportunities from initial conversation through product demo, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and close.
  • Run high-impact demos that clearly articulate the value of Ensis AI’s platform for government contractors, proposal teams, and sales operations leaders.
  • Prospect and engage new leads through outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn and work to convert inbound interest.
  • Build relationships with champions and buyers, understanding their business goals and aligning Ensis AI’s value proposition to their needs.
  • Forecast and manage pipeline in HubSpot, using data to prioritize high-probability deals and reduce sales cycle length.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success to provide feedback and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in a commission-based sales role (eg. SDR) and 1+ years running point on full sales cycles, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong demo, discovery, and objection-handling skills.
  • Proven success owning a full-cycle sales process—from outreach to close.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience selling into proposal managers, GovCon, or revenue ops is a plus—but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong preference for remote-first employees based in San Diego or DC with the ability to balance east and west timezones.
