Announcement
Ensis is Joining Arkenstone
4/2/2026

When we built Ensis, we were solving a specific problem: proposal teams were losing time they couldn't afford to lose. Extracting requirements, building compliance matrices, generating first drafts — work that should take hours was taking weeks. We built infrastructure to fix that, and it worked.

But the teams we work with face a second problem that starts the moment they win. Performing on a government contract requires a compliance posture, a security environment, and an operational foundation that most GovCon companies are still assembling after award. Winning fast doesn't mean much if execution stalls.

Arkenstone exists to solve that problem. They build the operating infrastructure — CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, FedRAMP — that defense contractors need to perform, maintained continuously rather than assembled under pressure. It's the right complement to what Ensis does, and it's why joining them makes sense.

Ensis continues to operate as it always has. The product isn't changing. What changes is the foundation behind it and the breadth of what we can now offer the teams we serve.

As we integrate with Arkenstone, we will continue to provide our services with no change to scope of services while working towards providing broader capabilities to enable Federal business. Behind the scenes, this merger will give us greater investment, automation and resourcing to enhance your experience.

If you have questions about what this means for your team, we'd like to hear from you at sales@arkenstonedefense.com, or you can learn more at https://arkenstonedefense.com.
